To insert the knee armour, first turn the jean inside out. Simply slide the knee armour between the woven Aramid and the outer jean fabric and Velcro into place. The knee armour can be adjusted up and down on the Velcro into the correct position.

To insert the hip armour, slide the armour up from the back in between the woven Aramid and the outer jean fabric. Match the Velcro on the armour to the Velcro sewn onto the inside of the Aramid and Velcro into place. The hip armour should be positioned as high as possible just under the waistband with the small curve of the armour facing the zip.
