D3O® Armour and Hood Jeans quick summary:
The D3O® GHOST™ Level 1 and NEW Level 2 are the most flexible and comfortable armour D3O® has ever produced.
GHOST™ Level 1 is only 6.5mm thick, helping this armour to virtually disappear within the jean. This is the most comfortable option.
GHOST™ Level 2 is 11mm thick so does feel bulkier compared to the GHOST™ Level 1. However, the GHOST™ Level 2 does raise the impact protection to Level 2, whist remaining very comfortable to wear.
GHOST™ Level 1 and GHOST™ Level 2 are of a flat construction and feature a stretch material backing, this helps the armour mould well to the body.
T5 X Armour is 10mm thick. This armour comes as standard in the K7/AAA (S) Jean. The moulded shape of the T5 X does make it feel slightly bulkier compared to the flat GHOST, however, this does provide a feeling of security whilst the cupped knee does help to locate the rider’s knee very well.

D3O® Ghost™ L2 is the most breathable, most flexible Level 2 limb protector range on the market. It does feel a little bulkier compared to the Ghost™ L1 armour, but the impact protection is raised to Level 2. Maximum safety, stealth and comfort. Level up, fit and forget.
